Our products GravoLAB, tooling, moulds, molds, thermoforming

We manufacture thermoforming tools for GN machines, Illig, TFT, Kiefel, Hamer and many other, from concept design to final tool assembly ready for production:

We use the latest CAD technology to design all our projects and we can forward to the customer 3D files and drawings for best feedback, before starting the tool manufacturing.

From simple blisters, up to complex trays, from simple sketches on paper to detailed 3D information files, we can estimate:

  • a realistic production time,
  • budgetary cost on tooling,
  • material specification (size, type),
  • scrap procentage,
  • estimated working speed.

We offer a great possibility for our customers:
sampling before production, on our plug-assist, semi-automatic vacuum sampling machine.

Our plug-assist tools assures you on best material distribution, reduced material thickness and uniform strength of the product. We also focus on best cooling and air-venting features for our molds, for reduced forming cycle-times and ease of use during production.

GravoLAB has developed and improved it’s own technology for production of CNC machined dies for parts trimming:

  • clean cutting,
  • superior precision,
  • longer life,
  • reduced angel-hairs for HIPS materials.

We can supply dies of any shape and size up to 780 [mm] x 500 [mm] dies, based on drawings or samples:

  • single or multiple cavity dies,
  • complex shapes,
  • special hardeness for specific material to be trimmed off.

Old thermoforming tools can be turned to new ones in our shop, by repairs:

  • remachining,
  • regrinding,
  • resharpening of cutting dies or replacement of the old steel-rule dies,
  • general maintenance.
